Belle Tire

Told them I had issues with my rear left tire, they told me to make an appointment and come back, came in for the appointment and they then proceeded to take 2 hours to look at the wrong tire, tell me nothing was wrong and send me on my way. Had to bring my car to a different shop to actually get the issue fixed, which was just a simple reseal which took 20 minutes

Horrible customer service! Made an appointment last Friday for 10:00 Monday morning. We were there on time and when we asked the young man he said we are running a little late but will have it on the lift within the hour and an hour to do the work. We waited in the lobby for 2 1/2 hours and saw nobody working on the car and 4 guys standing around in the garage and 3 people standing at the counter. When I asked how much later they said oh we haven't started it yet because we didn't code it as customer waiting. Never going back to this place again!

Belle Tire is always there for whatever you need done to your vehicle! Destiny and her team are phenomenal at what they do. Friendly staff who are always willing to explain things no matter how many times you need to ask.

My experience at belle tire was smooth and easy. I had an appointment set up thanks to Mike and the installation went well. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful with my experience. Great prices and well ran shop. Will be coming back for my next set of tires.

I was tasked to put 4 new skins on my lovely wife's Subaru. I went to Belle Tire and Ethan provided me a no nonsense sales approach and I decided on Michelin Defenders. I also had them replace a couple fog lights and a rear window wiper blade. The whole cost out the door was less than $1200. If you see my last review of my experience after being a loyal customer at Don Owen Tire for over two decades, I can honestly say the difference was night and day. The experience at Belle Tire is one that they don't take your business for granted. They actually listen, understand and VALUE your patronage. You can see it in the employee attitudes and how they interact with customers and among themselves. If I could give 10 stars in this review I would! With sincere gratitude, Jansen Wiley A NEW Belle Tire LOYAL customer.
